Returns and Exchanges
If your purchase arrived damaged or items in your order do not meet your expectations, please let us know. Your complete satisfaction is our priority!
All of our products are shipped from our fulfillment facilities or factories in China to your doorstep worldwide. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact our Customer Service Team for return or exchange. Our customer service team will assist you within 2 business days.
All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Restrictions may apply to holiday returns and final sales.
If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose the original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email our professional Customer Service Team via email. We are trying our best to get back to our customers in a timely manner.
- Mail the items to be returned or exchanged to our fulfillment facility in China via your local postal office. For exchange, the price difference between sizes or handing fees may apply.
- Please send an email confirmation to our Customer Service Team about the mailed package with its tracking number.
- We will arrange for reshipment or refund within 3 business days after receiving the tracking number of the returned package.
Orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment. When your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation from our Customer Service Team. Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.
