Returns & Exchanges
U.S. Return & Exchange Policy
Blueberry Pet gladly accepts returns or exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective products purchased online or by phone for delivery that shipped to a U.S. address for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase.
A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) is required for us to accept and process any return. Returns received without authorization may not be accepted. Products returned must have its original packaging including protective plastic cover, garment bags, dust bags, and tags still attached.
All personalized, monogrammed, altered or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns that do not meet our policy requirements or are not eligible for re-sale will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.
Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.
Items delivered by our Marketplace vendors must be returned directly to them and will not be accepted by Blueberry Pet distribution center. To return your items, please contact them and follow their instructions.
U.S. Return & Exchange Procedures
1. Please send us an email to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) through firstname.lastname@example.org. A confirmation email will be sent to you with return address and RMA# within 48 hours.
2. Write down RMA# on return form and select the return item and reason. Insert the form into your return package and seal the package.
3. Ship out the return package to our warehouse address provided with your own preferred carrier. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return or exchange shipping fees and original shipping charges.
4. Once we receive your return and confirm the condition of the products, we will refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
5. For exchange, the replacement item will be sent to you upon receiving and inspecting your return package. Or we will instruct you to place a new order online.
International Customer Return Options
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your international online purchase, email email@example.com within 30 days of the original purchase to initiate a return merchandise authorization which is required to process a return. Follow the same steps in accordance with our U.S. policy to send out your package. We will provide you with a refund including any duties and taxes originally paid on the item in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Please note that you will still be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be processed.
