I believe this collar is meant for cats because of the size, however I bought for my small seven pound dog and it fits her well. I've had good luck with Blueberry collars and sweaters, and this one is no different; great quality and cute design of macaroons on it.

The macarons are super cute however my dog is active and the dirt completely made the light blue color look disgusting even again washing it.
