I ordered the collar with sun and moon symbols but the collar arrived without the symbols.
The collar is pictured on your website with emojis. The order form asks you to pick 2 emojis. The collar showed up with no emojis. In addition the telephone number is run together in one string without any spaces. The prior collar I purchased from you has spaces between the area code, prefix, and last four digits. Spaces makes the telephone number easier to read. Bring back the spaces and stop showing collars with emojis if you aren’t going to put them on the collar.

I wish more care was taken on placement of information. On one of mine the phone no. is hidden by the hardware. If we could specify size it might help.

The collars were beautiful. Great Colors, fast delivery and a fantastic price.
The way this is made the product will not show the lettering of the phone number once you tighten it. Also, the material is the type that will loosen over time and need replacing.
