1. Photo Influencer Benefits
Approved Blueberry Pet Photo Influencer will be given a coupon code with certain value of credit to purchase either one ore multiple items at Influencer’s choice from a designated link provided. The coupon code is only valid for a period of one month and will be expired when time is up. A responsive, cooperative qualified Photo Influencer can expect to receive a new coupon code once a month in email or text and purchase for different items that released every month by accessing the same product link. Value of the credit on the coupon may vary depending on the assortment of new release in every month. Blueberry Pet reserves the full rights to make change of dollars amount without any further notice. Photo Influencer is eligible for additional points for each picture they turn in to Blueberry Pet which they can convert them to credit and shop for any other products they like on Blueberry Pet website. Photo Influencer also have chance to win additional gifts or freebies from our photo contest that runs every month.
2. Photo Influencer Requirements and Duties
Photo Influencer must be 18 years or older who has a public social media account. Photo Influencer must be active on Instagram. Photo Influencer is responsible to provide pictures on all the free items ordered within 5 days from the time they receive. Photo Influencer is required to provide at least 1 picture for each item ordered and received in free of charge. Picture resolution must be at 600 dpi or above. Photo Influencer agrees not to share their unique coupon codes provided by Blueberry Pet to be used solely by the Ambassador.
3. Termination
If in the event that Photo Influencer shares their unique coupon codes provided to the Photo Influencer by Blueberry Pet for the sole purpose of self-use, Blueberry Pet has sole rights to discontinue the Photo Influencer's relationship with Blueberry Pet immediately. Either party has rights to terminate the relationship at any time upon giving the other party written notice. In the event of termination for any reason, any order placed by Photo Influencer that is in process will be cancelled.
In this agreement, the Licensee (the applicant with his/her IG handle) provides the Licensor (Pet1Click) its pet products (“Product”) in FREE OF CHARGE to shoot corresponding pet modeling photos and/or videos.
I___________________________________________, (“Licensor”), hereby grant the permission to PET1CLICK CORP.(“Licensee”) and its successors and assigns, the exclusive right to use, display, publish and reproducephotos of my pets wearing Productfrom Licenseein any commercial, non-profit or editorial projects involving advertising, social media, web site publication, or broadcast as chosen by the Licensee unlimitedly and used for licensee’s sole benefit.
This Agreement may be terminated immediately with written notice by Licensor or Licensee. This Agreement may not be amended except in a written document signed byboth parties. If a court finds any provision of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall be interpreted so as best toaffect the intent of the parties. This Agreement shall be governed by andinterpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California. This
Agreementexpresses the complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subjectmatter and supersedes all prior representations and understandings.If a dispute over this agreement, I agree to resolve the matter through a mutually acceptable alternative dispute resolution process.
I hereby warrant that I am at least 18 years old and I have the legal authority to sign this agreement. I fully understand the contents, meaning, and impact of this agreement.
